About the Role

Shape the future of security in global healthcare operations. As Senior Security Manager, you will lead physical security across a major international region, ensuring the safety of personnel, facilities, and critical infrastructure. Your leadership will align regional efforts with global security objectives, delivering measurable improvements in threat resilience and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct daily security operations and long-term planning for a global region, adapting to evolving risks and disruptions
  • Develop and implement regional security strategies that support corporate goals and global initiatives
  • Lead investigations into security incidents, workplace violence, and potential threats with precision and discretion
  • Design and deliver training programs that strengthen employee awareness and emergency preparedness
  • Monitor emerging regional threats and coordinate timely mitigation actions
  • Advise internal teams on security standards, compliance, and best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to resolve complex security challenges

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with three or more years in security leadership
  • Proven track record as a Security Manager with strong operational and strategic oversight
  • Extensive knowledge of physical security, travel risk, crisis management, and incident response
  • Skilled in conducting investigations, writing reports, and managing high-pressure situations
  • Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
