Responsibilities

Define comprehensive technical strategy encompassing platform vision, technology selection, architectural approaches, and infrastructure planning.
Create, document, and advance cloud-native, API-centric systems that connect web interfaces, internal microservices, and third-party integrations.
Build distributed service architectures focused on scalability, speed, fault tolerance, monitoring capabilities, and security by design.
Embed AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent into daily engineering practices.
Advance AI-based automation for tasks including test creation, code restructuring, dependency evaluation, and navigating large codebases.
Support development of conversational AI systems, message processing workflows, data routing, and integrations with machine learning components.
Find and implement use cases for integrating machine learning and artificial intelligence into product features and system modules.
Lead architectural ownership from initial design through coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, refinement, and ongoing maintenance.
Ensure technical architecture supports product goals through close coordination with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams.
Lead technical decision-making and synchronize execution across multiple engineering teams while improving code quality and practices.
Offer expert guidance and mentorship to developers and architects across the organization.
Perform in-depth reviews of both code and system design to elevate overall engineering standards.
Enhance continuous integration and delivery pipelines, developer workflows, and operational reliability.
Investigate and resolve intricate performance issues across the full technology stack.
Cultivate a team environment emphasizing accountability, innovation, iterative progress, and engineering enhanced by artificial intelligence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of software development experience with at least 5 years in architectural roles.
Proven expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and containerized environments.
Strong command of C#, React, and modern full-stack development practices.
Experience designing and operating large-scale, distributed systems in production.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and developer tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and API ecosystems.
Exposure to natural language processing or conversational AI platforms.
Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical transformations.
