Responsibilities
- Guide and support development team members in designing and executing high-quality technical solutions.
- Work closely with designers and product stakeholders to estimate, prioritize, and plan work using Agile methodologies.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders by sharing progress updates, risks, and key technical decisions.
- Produce clear, well-structured documentation and visual diagrams to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide status updates, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Write code that is clean, efficient, and well-documented, adhering to recognized industry standards.
- Take part in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and long-term maintainability.
- Utilize AI-driven development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot, and Codex to accelerate development and improve problem-solving.
- Assess the appropriate and responsible use of AI in development, balancing innovation with sound engineering principles.
- Identify and implement automation and AI integration opportunities across development workflows, including testing, scaffolding, and debugging.
- Help shape internal practices around AI adoption in software engineering and share insights with the broader team.
