Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and validate software solutions across a portfolio of eight websites
- Contribute to end-to-end development of modern web applications, including building features, integrating CI/CD pipelines, and managing data ingestion systems
- Take ownership of specific features or systems, ensuring their long-term stability and enhancing related components
- Collaborate with support and operations teams to diagnose and resolve live production incidents
- Produce clear, maintainable, and high-performance code with strong testing practices
Compensation
The salary range begins at $123,000 for U.S.-based hires and is adjusted based on experience and technical proficiency. Annual bonuses vary and are linked to company profitability and individual contribution, averaging 15% of base salary over the past three years.

The engineering team consists of 22 members, including developers, test engineers, DevOps specialists, and Scrum Masters, organized within a collaborative department structure.
