Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance services that support shopping functionality at scale
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
- Optimize systems for reliability, speed, and security across devices
- Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software development with a focus on ecommerce or consumer-facing platforms
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and modern JavaScript libraries
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
