In this role, you'll work deeply with distributed systems to build secure, high-performance solutions that meet the demands of modern financial infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain critical systems that enable the creation and management of digital assets, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability.
- Partner with product, compliance, and infrastructure teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.
- Apply best practices in software engineering to deliver reliable, well-tested, and deployable code.
- Improve system performance by optimizing infrastructure, reducing latency, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Guide junior engineers through mentorship and contribute to a culture of technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with advancements in blockchain, cryptography, and distributed computing to inform system design and innovation.
- Take part in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making to uphold high engineering standards.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience in software development with strong command of languages such as Golang, Rust, Kotlin, Java, C++, or Python.
- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to build and maintain cloud-native applications using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services.
- Skill in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that stands up to rigorous production demands.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities when working across technical and non-technical teams.
- A drive to learn and apply emerging technologies to solve tangible problems in fintech.

- Exposure to blockchain platforms, smart contract development, or cryptographic protocols.
