Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members across all layers of the stack to build scalable solutions that deliver value to users and the organization
- Design and implement new features, tools, frameworks, and development workflows aligned with emerging project and business demands
- Lead initiatives from initial concept through to deployment and operational support
- Maintain strong application performance, reliability, and scalability while upholding code quality, security, and architectural best practices
- Follow agile development principles, adhere to engineering standards, and engage in continuous learning
- Take part in on-call duties to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve live production incidents
- Develop operational documentation, monitoring metrics, and dashboards for system observability
