As a Senior Software Engineer on the GTM Platform team, you'll design and implement AI-powered tools that empower marketers and sales teams — from self-serve landing page builders to autonomous ad experiment agents and LLM-driven sales collateral assistants.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain React-based applications that streamline marketing and sales workflows using AI and LLM integrations
- Partner closely with design, growth, and marketing teams to deliver high-conversion website experiences across GTM channels
- Advance our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all customer-facing interfaces
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes to support long-term codebase health and team productivity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of React and modern frontend architecture
- Proven experience shipping AI or LLM-powered features in production environments
- At least three years of frontend development experience in high-velocity settings
- A mindset oriented toward ownership, impact, and continuous technical growth
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Thoughtful approach to system design, testing, documentation, and maintainable code
