Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture of AI agent systems that solve complex business processes using AWS Step Functions and Bedrock Agents.
- Implement the Model Context Protocol (MCP) organization-wide to standardize how artificial intelligence accesses and interprets data from work management, CRM, and ERP platforms.
- Design and manage automation systems requiring human validation, using UiPath Action Center as a control point for AI-generated actions.
- Improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) accuracy by refining vector database strategies including document chunking and embedding techniques.
- Integrate third-party REST APIs developed by other engineering teams into AI-powered user applications.
- Lead and participate in code reviews and system design discussions to uphold technical excellence and architectural integrity.
- Work closely with product and business teams to convert strategic objectives into executable engineering plans.
- Guide less experienced engineers in AI prompt design, MCP server implementation, and robotic process automation best practices.
- Take turns in a weekly production support cycle, handling critical incidents and leading investigations to prevent future issues.
- Support Agile and Scrum practices by improving team planning, sprint execution, and delivery consistency for high-value features.
