Responsibilities
- Create and refine high-throughput systems that consolidate fragmented customer identities from first- and third-party data sources
- Develop advanced session enrichment features to improve tracking for both anonymous and identified users, enhancing personalization and attribution
- Engineer core matching logic that enables real-time identity resolution, device graph construction, and unified customer profiles
- Work with data science, product, and analytics teams to build adaptable identity models supporting diverse business needs
- Establish and maintain data quality, privacy, and security protocols across all customer and session data pipelines
- Continuously assess and optimize the precision, speed, and scalability of identity resolution and tracking infrastructure
