As a Senior Software Engineer based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, you will help define the technical direction of a next-generation platform powered by artificial intelligence and crowdtesting. This role is central to evolving a system that meets demanding requirements from major international clients, combining full-stack development with strategic input across the product lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Lead development efforts on a scalable web platform using modern architectural patterns
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and management teams to deliver high-impact features
- Take ownership of critical initiatives on the product roadmap and drive them to completion
- Contribute to complex architectural discussions and help shape long-term system design
- Identify and address technical debt while maintaining platform stability and performance
- Support security and compliance audits, integrating best practices into daily workflows
- Mentor team members and learn from seasoned engineers with deep technical expertise
