Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and sustain a scalable Kubernetes fleet management platform that handles cluster, availability zone, and node lifecycle operations while quickly integrating new Kubernetes versions.
- Engage in kernel-level development and performance optimization to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency; keep current with emerging kernel and security advancements.
- Develop high-throughput tools and services in Go and Python to enable infrastructure automation and diagnostic capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate, adopt, and deploy optimized Linux OS distributions across varied infrastructure environments.
- Design and implement comprehensive observability systems to monitor system health, maintain performance, and enable proactive troubleshooting at scale.
