Responsibilities
- Create systems that minimize operational effort, cost, and complexity when setting up new infrastructure and datacenter environments
- Build tools and orchestration strategies for declarative environment initialization, dependency management, and infrastructure verification
- Enhance the consistency and dependability of infrastructure deployment processes by minimizing manual intervention and hidden system dependencies
- Operate across multiple infrastructure areas such as container orchestration, public cloud platforms, identity services, service initialization, and datacenter configuration
- Partner with infrastructure, platform, and product engineering teams to deliver reusable components for environment setup and provisioning
- Refactor outdated provisioning and bootstrapping processes into modular, reusable platform building blocks
- Support research initiatives involving temporary environments, reduced infrastructure footprint, and scalable patterns for artificial intelligence workloads
- Engage in troubleshooting and operational analysis across distributed systems and interconnected infrastructure components
