Shape the user experience of a fast-growing mobile application by leading development of core features like onboarding, dashboards, and security tools. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Growth Team, you'll work closely with product managers to turn vision into robust, user-friendly functionality built with React Native and related technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement native app features that directly impact user engagement and retention
- Lead full-cycle development—from architecture and coding to testing and deployment—with a focus on stability and performance
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions
- Build flexible systems that support rapid experimentation and continuous iteration
- Apply best practices in mobile development, including state management, caching, and efficient data handling
- Integrate AI tools into your workflow to enhance productivity and problem-solving
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering complex, high-quality applications
- Strong expertise in React Native, Redux, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node.js
- Deep understanding of mobile development challenges and performance optimization
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems and testing frameworks
- Familiarity with iOS or Android native development is a plus
