Responsibilities
- Design scalable architecture and non-functional components for Import/Export services that meet defined service level objectives and agreements
- Break down complex technical challenges into robust, cloud-native solutions
- Deliver project milestones with clearly defined and measurable results
- Guide team members in maintaining code quality, managing technical debt, and applying engineering best practices
- Take ownership of production systems by managing on-call protocols, conducting root cause analyses, and resolving issues proactively to reduce mean time to resolution
- Advance operational performance by leveraging observability insights to guide priorities, automate alerting, and deliver reliable metrics
- Collaborate with Product to influence the technology roadmap using clear trade-off analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines by implementing automation that ensures consistent, predictable, and compliant deployments
