Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and evolution of software architecture and components, focusing on authentication, authorization, core APIs, logging, metrics, and system observability.
- Partner with teams across functions to gather user needs, build features, and refine tools used company-wide.
- Collaborate with product managers and end users to develop customer-ready features and intuitive user interfaces.
- Regularly assess and enhance the platform's underlying architecture and technical implementation.
- Help improve the platform’s overall usability, dependability, and capacity to scale.
