Lead the evolution of Healthcare IT by designing and maintaining scalable, high-quality applications using React. In this role, you'll take ownership of the codebase structure and ensure consistent standards across development efforts, both within internal teams and with external contributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain proprietary software solutions, platforms, and services focused on advancing healthcare delivery
- Act as a technical mentor and leader, guiding team members in best practices, implementation strategies, and timely feature delivery
- Take responsibility for the long-term health and scalability of the application architecture
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on task breakdowns, effort estimation, project timelines, and resource planning
- Partner with third-party vendors and clients to integrate their hardware into the platform ecosystem
- Continuously assess development workflows, tools, and methodologies to identify improvements and drive engineering excellence
