About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop impactful features that transform how women receive healthcare. You'll work across our event-driven platform, building patient-facing applications, AI-driven tools, and healthcare system integrations. Collaborating with seasoned engineers, you'll advance your expertise in distributed systems and healthcare innovation while delivering solutions that improve real lives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy full-stack features that improve patient engagement and support tailored healthcare delivery
- Help design and implement event-driven architectures, including AI and machine learning systems for health guidance and clinical integrations
- Produce clear, sustainable code in alignment with defined engineering standards and industry best practices
- Work closely with product, design, clinical, and data science teams to define requirements and deliver effective, user-centered solutions
- Engage in peer code reviews by giving and receiving actionable feedback to uphold high code quality
- Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and iterative optimizations
Compensation
$175,000 - $205,000 with opportunities for advancement, Equity, Professional development & employee learning programs. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: candidate experience, location, education, certifications, and skill set. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes equity, comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), generous paid time off, and additional wellness and professional development perks.
