Role Overview
Join a forward-thinking team as a Senior Solution Engineer, playing a key role in the pre-sales process for identity security solutions. This position works hand-in-hand with sales professionals, partners, and enterprise clients to assess customer needs and demonstrate how technology can solve complex identity challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to strengthen both direct and indirect sales initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to uncover business requirements and technical constraints
- Present platform capabilities through tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises
- Translate technical features into clear business outcomes for diverse audiences
- Lead technical discussions from initial discovery through to deal closure
- Develop compelling narratives that emphasize measurable results and value delivery
- Support response efforts for RFx documents and procurement processes
- Contribute to knowledge resources such as white papers, success stories, and internal training
- Coach junior team members and support onboarding of new hires
- Attend and lead internal collaboration sessions to improve team effectiveness
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least five years of experience in technical pre-sales roles within enterprise software environments. A minimum of three years must focus on Identity Governance and Access Management solutions. Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—are essential for engaging cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Technical fluency in enterprise infrastructure is required, including experience with directories, databases, application servers, and virtualization platforms. Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, and SQL is preferred. Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform will support success in this role.
