As the Senior Solution Manager for the Criminal Justice Cluster, you will guide the evolution of biometric technologies tailored for law enforcement and government agencies worldwide. Your role centers on aligning technical capabilities with market demands, ensuring solutions meet real-world operational requirements across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth understanding of the current solution portfolio, technical frameworks, and strategic direction for the next three years
- Collaborate with engineering, platform, and leadership teams to shape solution roadmaps that reflect business priorities and customer needs
- Engage with sales and presales teams to identify core use cases, customer pain points, and opportunities for value creation
- Assess key performance indicators such as NIST benchmarks, user experience, licensing models, and scalability metrics
- Drive execution across technical and business domains, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
- Support go-to-market initiatives, including pricing strategies, demonstrations, and sales enablement
- Report regularly to management on market penetration, revenue performance, and roadmap delivery
- Represent technical and strategic expertise at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
- Strengthen partnerships across engineering, revenue, and external ecosystems to accelerate solution impact
- Shape long-term vision for the cluster, balancing innovation with practical deployment readiness
Qualifications
- Proven track record in solution or product management within the criminal justice or law enforcement sector
- Deep understanding of law enforcement workflows, challenges, and vertical-specific requirements

Work Environment
This role supports flexible remote work within the European Union, with periodic on-site presence in Bratislava for team alignment and onboarding. Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or industry events. The organization operates with lean teams, enabling rapid implementation of ideas and immediate production impact.
Compensation & Benefits
