About the Role

Lead technical strategy and customer success in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area or New York as a Senior Solutions Architect. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through architecture design, proof of concept, and lab validation for next-generation network security platforms built on Kubernetes, Calico, Istio, and service mesh technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions and hands-on implementations with enterprise customers, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical capabilities
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of PoCs and lab trials, translating customer requirements into viable, scalable solutions
  • Gather field insights and work directly with the CTO and Product Management to influence product direction and feature development
  • Deliver expert-level consulting in networking, security, and orchestration, particularly in containerized and cloud-native environments
  • Act as a trusted advisor by prioritizing technical integrity and long-term customer success over short-term commercial outcomes

Technology Focus

Deep experience with Kubernetes, Calico, Istio, and service mesh architectures is essential. You should be comfortable navigating complex distributed systems and guiding teams through modern infrastructure challenges.
