Role Overview
This position serves as a technical advisor within the sales process, working closely with account teams to understand enterprise customer needs and align them with strategic technology solutions. The Senior Solutions Engineer leads technical discussions, designs solution architectures, and delivers compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives tailored to customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate product strategy and technical value in alignment with customer business goals
- Lead technical engagements through presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and live or virtual demonstrations
- Educate and mentor sales teams on solution capabilities and market differentiators
- Identify key decision-makers and secure technical validation and sponsorship
- Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and technical insights
- Support customers across the lifecycle with consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is expected, along with at least five years of relevant technical experience. Preferred expertise includes application delivery, traffic management, and secure networking technologies.
- Experience with load balancing, application acceleration, and request routing
- Working knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and web application protocols
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, SSL, DNS, SMTP, and related networking standards
- Proficiency in Linux- and UNIX-based systems
- Background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
- Experience in financial services or enterprise customer environments
- Exposure to API management or development

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $129,900 – $194,900, with additional compensation through incentive programs and bonuses. Benefits include restricted stock units, health coverage, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
