Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical discovery calls and tailored demos, focusing on security, scalability, and reliability in enterprise settings
- Work side-by-side with Account Executives to assess technical fit, shape deal strategy, and resolve objections with evidence-based solutions
- Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept initiatives—from defining success metrics to providing technical guidance during evaluation phases
- Engage directly with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering teams, serving as the primary technical liaison
- Communicate clearly about deployment models, governance, observability, and cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Collaborate with Sales to refine technical qualification, demo frameworks, and POC processes
- Share structured feedback with Product and Engineering teams based on customer interactions and evaluation outcomes
- Contribute to technical enablement materials that strengthen pre-sales capabilities
What We’re Looking For
You bring 6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering within B2B SaaS, with a strong foundation in enterprise technologies. You’re comfortable discussing API integrations, authentication flows, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architectures. Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for scripting and integration tasks is essential. You understand networking, security best practices, and observability principles in distributed systems.
Experience with AI/ML platforms, including LLMs, RAG, agents, or orchestration frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with workflow automation or iPaaS tools is beneficial. You thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership and adaptability are key, and you're open to occasional travel within EMEA for onboarding.
