Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and business teams to conduct in-depth analysis on key issues such as root causes, opportunity assessment, and user journey drop-offs, translating insights into actionable and prioritized recommendations as business needs evolve.
- Establish, document, and manage standardized metric definitions with clear business context to ensure stakeholders and AI systems accurately interpret performance indicators like Transaction Success Rate and Fraud Rate.
- Implement tracking and monitoring frameworks for new product releases and feature changes, measuring their effect on key performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems with alerting capabilities that detect unexpected changes in KPIs and provide root cause diagnostics.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments including A/B tests and quasi-experimental approaches such as difference-in-differences when randomization is not feasible.
- Model accurate and reliable data within the dbt and BigQuery environment, ensuring data integrity through rigorous testing, documentation, and cross-functional validation with engineering teams.
- Build scalable, reusable analytics tools enhanced by AI to increase team efficiency and empower Product and Engineering teams to independently access insights.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across departments, enabling informed and timely business decisions.
