What You’ll Do
- Design and implement AI-powered systems that automate testing, detect bugs proactively, refactor legacy code, and optimize performance before deployment.
- Lead the integration of large language models and autonomous agents into core development workflows, redefining how software is built.
- Ensure AI innovation is grounded in strong engineering fundamentals—collaborating with infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms.
- Build an internal developer platform with a product mindset, treating engineers as users and removing friction from their daily workflows.
- Define new standards and practices for AI-native engineering, guiding how teams adapt as automation takes on more implementation work.
