Help build a transformative AI-driven platform designed to enhance patient safety and improve healthcare quality. In this role, you’ll work across the full development lifecycle to design, implement, and scale critical features that support healthcare compliance. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet both technical and clinical needs.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop a robust, scalable system architecture in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Make key decisions on technology choices, infrastructure patterns, and development workflows
- Enhance and extend live AI-powered features, ensuring seamless integration and reliable performance
- Guide the evolution of backend and frontend systems using C#, React, and cloud services on Azure
- Champion code quality, testing, observability, and operational reliability
- Mentor fellow engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Lead initiatives from concept through to deployment, with full ownership of outcomes
