Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer success management leaders, delivering insights and operational guidance to surpass performance goals
- Lead weekly business review processes for assigned segments, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline oversight, and performance monitoring
- Uncover performance gaps and emerging opportunities, translating findings into actionable strategies for leadership
- Collaborate with sales and customer success leaders to develop and execute initiatives that boost product adoption, retention, and revenue
- Detect inefficiencies in processes, workflows, and productivity that hinder team effectiveness
- Create and drive implementation of operational improvements across functions to increase sales performance
- Develop analytical insights through deep-dive analysis on customer success metrics, activation rates, usage patterns, productivity benchmarks, and leading indicators
- Support planning for territory structures, staffing levels, and resource distribution with data modeling and analytical input
- Work closely with go-to-market strategy, business intelligence, marketing, product, finance, and other teams to align on key initiatives and ensure smooth execution
- Evaluate performance trends, identify root causes of shortfalls, and formulate data-driven recommendations to enhance customer success productivity and product engagement
