ADGA Group Consultants Inc is hiring a Senior Technical Architect - DevSecOps & IT Service Delivery (Defence / NC2SS)

Responsibilities

  • Create and sustain a comprehensive Service Delivery Strategy across all managed applications
  • Establish the scope, operational model, and service delivery frameworks in alignment with mission objectives
  • Evaluate the application portfolio for alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical suitability
  • Assess and integrate open-source technologies where applicable and beneficial
  • Formulate architecture roadmaps, data modeling approaches, and system integration plans
  • Set data standards, define interface specifications, and design interoperability frameworks
  • Analyze and propose technology solutions suitable for deployment within secure Department of National Defence environments
  • Design systems tailored for low-bandwidth and field-deployed operations, including maritime platforms
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of DevSecOps practices using GitLab and Azure DevOps
  • Define repository organization, branching methodologies, and continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • Advance automation efforts to increase operational efficiency and service reliability
  • Integrate performance monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools to measure portfolio health and KPIs
  • Deliver a strategic cybersecurity vision for Command-and-Control (C2) system architectures
  • Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and architectural weaknesses, and propose corrective actions
  • Ensure cybersecurity approaches are consistent with those of allied and international partners
  • Perform impact analysis and manage change processes for system and technology updates
  • Evaluate service delivery performance and lead continuous improvement programs
  • Apply ITIL Service Value Chain concepts to improve service outcomes and support processes
  • Lead stakeholder engagement analysis and recommend coordination improvement strategies
  • Prepare and present technical updates and insights to executive leadership
  • Deliver regular progress reports and strategic guidance on technical initiatives
