Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to define strategic direction and gather, assess, and prioritize project requirements.
- Oversee the documentation of requirements, timeline planning, prioritization frameworks, and clear communication to support cross-functional project execution.
- Partner with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and UX designers to create customer-focused product solutions.
- Proactively uncover project assumptions, dependencies, risks, and obstacles, and lead team discussions to establish resolution strategies and implementation approaches.
- Ensure adherence to organizational IT standards and security protocols throughout project lifecycles.
- Explore broad use cases for machine learning and natural language processing, identifying opportunities to convert client-specific capabilities into reusable product features or configurable offerings.
