Role Overview
This position is for a seasoned UI Developer who has deep experience with Coral Active and a strong background in building responsive, integrated agent interfaces. You will lead the design and implementation of unified desktop solutions that bring together multiple applications into a single, streamlined workspace, minimizing context switching and improving agent efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize agent desktops using the Coral Active Reef Framework to support real-time, event-driven interactions.
- Implement event-driven communication patterns so the interface reacts instantly to changes in telephony and CRM systems.
- Integrate third-party platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow into a centralized UI container using Coral’s orchestration capabilities.
- Create custom UI components that simplify data handling in high-volume, fast-paced support environments.
- Use Coral Composer to model and refine end-to-end agent workflows, reducing unnecessary steps and improving usability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Senior UI Developer with direct experience in Coral Active environments.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and its application in real-time user interfaces.
- Strong frontend development skills with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
- Experience orchestrating and embedding multiple web applications into a single interface layer.
- Ability to work within micro-frontend architectures and coordinate cross-application data flow.

This role supports remote work for candidates based in Mexico or Bulgaria. You must be located within one of these countries to be eligible.
