About the Role
This is a hands-on role for a detail-driven designer who can independently lead features from undefined concepts to shipped products with minimal supervision. You will shape both platform-wide design and emerging AI-powered experiences while elevating team standards through reusable, accessible design patterns and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle product design, independently guiding features from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity interfaces and final implementation, with clear reasoning for each decision.
- Strengthen and maintain the design system by building and enforcing a unified component library that improves efficiency across design and engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to transform unclear requirements into clear, justifiable design solutions.
- Incorporate user research into the design process by conducting usability tests, analyzing behavioral data from tools like Fullstory and Pendo, and applying insights to refine designs.
- Prioritize accessibility by designing to WCAG 2.2 standards as a baseline, ensuring inclusive experiences from the start.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI and Claude to accelerate workflows while maintaining high design quality.
