Checkly is hiring a Senior UX Designer to drive the user experience strategy for our developer tools platform. You'll be instrumental in making complex monitoring workflows intuitive and efficient for our global user base.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for new features and product improvements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality experiences.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and help establish best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UX/product design experience, ideally for technical or SaaS products.
- A portfolio demonstrating your process, from problem definition to final UI, for complex applications.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Strong understanding of usability heuristics, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment with engineers and product teams.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones.
