Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives grounded in user needs, applying accessibility standards and design thinking principles.
- Develop and improve wireframes, user journeys, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Champion the end-user perspective while aligning with business goals and technical limitations.
- Perform usability evaluations and integrate feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Help build and sustain design systems, UI standards, and consistent style documentation.
- Build responsive and efficient user interfaces using current front-end technologies.
- Convert UX concepts into clean, scalable, and reusable code components.
- Connect client-side elements with backend systems through RESTful APIs.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility guidelines (WCAG), work across browsers, and perform efficiently.
- Engage in code reviews and support adherence to front-end development best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers and designers.
- Articulate design decisions and technical approaches clearly to diverse audiences.
- Support Agile and Scrum processes, including ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles.
