Key Responsibilities
- Guide architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices across front-end development efforts.
- Transform complex designs and workflows into clean, efficient, and maintainable code using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API specifications and ensure seamless integration of medical data services.
- Mentor developers to strengthen team-wide technical proficiency and support a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across diverse devices and platforms.
- Work closely with security teams to implement secure coding standards and safeguard sensitive health information.

Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. A minimum of five years in software engineering is required, with proven leadership in complex technical projects.
Essential skills include hands-on development with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, along with experience in Git, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Candidates must have a strong grasp of front-end architecture, unit testing, and design systems, including the use of Figma tokens. Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews is expected, as is the ability to communicate clearly in distributed, asynchronous environments.
