Role Overview
We're looking for a Mid to Senior React Native Engineer to help drive the development of robust, scalable mobile applications. In this role, you'll take ownership of key features, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality implementation across platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and modern JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Implement and manage application state using Redux and Redux Toolkit
- Write clean, testable code and uphold best practices through code reviews and unit testing
- Optimize app performance and responsiveness on both iOS and Android platforms
- Stay current with evolving mobile technologies and advocate for improvements within the team
- Support and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capabilities
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- 3+ years of hands-on work with React Native in production environments
- Solid grasp of ES6+ syntax and modern development patterns
- Proven experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, and state management at scale
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration, mobile UI design, and performance tuning
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deploying apps to App Store and Google Play
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with Bluetooth technologies, such as BLE or wearable devices
- Knowledge of native modules and bridging in React Native for iOS and Android
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Background with analytics, crash reporting, and application monitoring tools
