The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is hiring a Service Provider Specialist for the Southeast England region. In this role, you will manage fleet contracts and ensure third-party service providers uphold high operational standards for Michelin. Your work will involve a mix of hands-on field activity, provider relationship management, and data-driven oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Manage fleet contracts and ensure third-party service providers uphold Michelin's standards.
  • Inspect truck tyres and conduct pressure audits.
  • Manage stock and perform comprehensive vehicle checks.
  • Train technicians and foster meaningful, collaborative relationships with providers.
  • Apply IT skills for accurate data handling, reporting, and billing.

What We're Looking For

  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident with IT, especially using Excel, and ability to learn in-house systems.
  • Self-motivation and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in outdoor environments year-round.
  • Valid UK driving license and right to work in the UK.

Nice to Have

  • Ideally located in or around Kent.

You will be part of the Connected Solutions Operations Team.
