Responsibilities
- Design and manage ServiceNow prototypes and demonstrations that deliver high-value solutions throughout business development, capture, and proposal cycles.
- Engage actively in the ServiceNow community through participation in forums, events, and thought leadership to strengthen industry visibility and professional networks.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape a strategic roadmap that enhances the organization’s status as a ServiceNow Elite Partner and increases market recognition by guiding investment in Partner License Agreements and Specializations.
- Lead an innovation-focused lab dedicated to researching emerging ServiceNow technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and blockchain to uncover transformative business solutions.
- Serve as a key advisor on the strategic implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring integration with enterprise objectives and IT frameworks across active and potential client engagements.
- Utilize in-depth platform knowledge to develop persuasive proposal materials that highlight organizational strengths and competitive advantages.
- Guide and develop senior technical personnel by sharing advanced ServiceNow development techniques and industry best practices to strengthen team capability.
- Partner with marketing teams to create video content that highlights successful implementations, technical capabilities, and innovations to reinforce brand credibility.
- Manage enterprise ServiceNow instances, assessing and deploying new modules and functionalities to meet evolving organizational needs and promote operational efficiency.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow advancements, industry standards, and platform updates to maintain technical leadership.
- Travel up to 25% of the time to support proposal development, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.
