We are looking for a ServiceNow Security Solution Architect to lead the design and deployment of Security Operations and Integrated Risk Management solutions within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. Based in Bratislava, you will play a central role in delivering high-impact projects for global clients, focusing on ServiceNow’s IRM and SecOps platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow IRM and SecOps solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to project teams, fostering knowledge transfer through training and internal presentations.
- Collaborate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, scoping, and effort estimation for new opportunities.
- Advise clients on security, risk, and compliance frameworks, translating regulatory requirements into effective technical implementations.
What You Bring
- Minimum of three years in IT security, risk, or compliance consulting or implementation roles.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO2700x, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2, and GDPR.
- Proven ability to analyze complex security challenges and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM or SecOps modules.
- International project exposure, particularly in cybersecurity or compliance domains.
- Degree in Information Technology, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
