As a Service/Project Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services for clients, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with defined service standards. You will manage onboarding projects from initiation to completion, coordinating between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and long-term service effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of MDR services, ensuring SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
- Collaborate with security operations to monitor incident response workflows and service performance
- Document and maintain service delivery processes in line with ITIL, ISO 27001, and NIST standards
- Track and report on service KPIs, identifying opportunities for process optimization
- Act as the primary point of contact during client onboarding, managing timelines and deliverables across teams
- Support alignment between sales commitments and service capabilities
- Deliver regular performance updates to leadership and client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 3–4 years of experience in service delivery, ideally within cybersecurity or MDR environments
- Proven project management skills with experience handling concurrent initiatives
- Strong grasp of security operations, incident response procedures, and service frameworks
- Fluent in both Dutch and English; German language skills are an asset
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
