Responsibilities
- Build and sustain a SharePoint and SQL-powered system for overseeing FQM program management, execution, and financial monitoring
- Create high-quality digital tools aligned with business needs, stakeholder input, and technical capabilities
- Roll out quality tool modules according to established timelines and documentation standards
- Conduct testing of quality tool modules prior to release
- Deliver training sessions on quality tool modules for all stakeholders before deployment
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation for quality tools
- Offer ongoing support for quality tools to internal users and stakeholders
- Address and resolve user-submitted trouble tickets within defined service level agreements
- Perform regular maintenance and implement updates for the tools
- Develop customized reports based on user requirements
- Carry out data analysis and identify trends from system data
- Automate routine tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency
