Responsibilities
- Produce and optimize short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and captions tailored to platform algorithms and user behavior
- Support growth and demand campaigns with video assets for organic and paid distribution
- Track video performance and iterate based on engagement, retention, and conversion data
- Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all video outputs
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align video strategy with funnel objectives

Additional Information
- Prior remote work experience is mandatory
- Fluency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar) required
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies required
- Ability to record a video as part of the application process is mandatory
- Applications without required remote experience will not be considered
- Video recording is the first step of the interview process
