Requirements
- At least three years of experience in site or project coordination, ideally in manufacturing or construction settings with multi-location operations.
- Advanced Excel abilities including formulas, filtering, and pivot tables; familiarity with Outlook, Word, and database systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and fostering professional relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing demands and shifting timelines effectively.
- Demonstrated history of providing high-quality customer service and cultivating long-term client or stakeholder relationships.
- Capable of working autonomously while maintaining precision and adjusting to evolving project requirements.
- Background in dynamic, high-pressure environments requiring coordination across teams and functional areas.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through on commitments.

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction, Business, or a related discipline.
