Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is hiring a Site Administrator

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in site or project coordination, ideally in manufacturing or construction settings with multi-location operations.
  • Advanced Excel abilities including formulas, filtering, and pivot tables; familiarity with Outlook, Word, and database systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and fostering professional relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing demands and shifting timelines effectively.
  • Demonstrated history of providing high-quality customer service and cultivating long-term client or stakeholder relationships.
  • Capable of working autonomously while maintaining precision and adjusting to evolving project requirements.
  • Background in dynamic, high-pressure environments requiring coordination across teams and functional areas.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through on commitments.

Nice to Have

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction, Business, or a related discipline.
