Anaplan is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to support our production platforms and continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will be a key contributor to our platform's health and will work closely with service teams across the business.
What You'll Do
- Devise and implement complex changes to our production platforms
- Collaborate on team projects to improve our automation tooling
- Contribute to standards for our software operating environment
- Provide operational support and expertise to development teams
- Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and perform root-cause analysis
- Develop scripts and tools to improve automation and reliability
- Work with other infrastructure teams to enhance our platform
- Participate in our on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- Proficient experience with Linux administration as a day-one skill
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes administration
- Comfort with a scripting language suitable for automation tasks
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Experience operating a production platform with live services
- Experience with common public clouds, especially Azure
- A degree in computing or science (helpful but not essential)
