- Apply software engineering principles to solve infrastructure and operational challenges to maintain system reliability.
- Respond to escalated incidents with timely resolution, root cause analysis, and actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain and optimize monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to track service level objectives and indicators.
- Provision and manage infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code tools, ensuring consistent and repeatable environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to refine continuous integration and deployment workflows for dependable releases.
