Responsibilities

  • Apply software engineering principles to solve infrastructure and operational challenges to maintain system reliability.
  • Respond to escalated incidents with timely resolution, root cause analysis, and actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain and optimize monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to track service level objectives and indicators.
  • Provision and manage infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code tools, ensuring consistent and repeatable environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to refine continuous integration and deployment workflows for dependable releases.
