AiDash is hiring a Software Development Engineer II - Android in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for building robust and performant mobile applications.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable code and ensure its quality through testing
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Proven work experience in Android app development
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces
