What You'll Do
- Design and deliver features from initial concept through to production deployment
- Write clean, maintainable code across frontend and backend systems
- Collaborate directly with leadership and customers to shape product direction
- Work in a rapid iteration cycle, shipping changes daily
- Navigate ambiguous requirements and turn them into functional solutions
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of professional software development experience
- Proven ability to write functional, well-structured code consistently
- Flexibility to work across any layer of the stack without needing handoffs
- A drive to grow technically and improve with every project
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards for quality
- Comfort starting work without a complete specification
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of React, Next.js, Node, TypeScript, or Go
- Experience building or integrating APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku, and containerization via Docker
- Background in startups or fast-paced environments where priorities shift and self-direction is key
