Role Overview
We're looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain systems that power internal development and QA workflows. You'll focus on backend API development, performance optimization, and ensuring data integrity across scalable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal tools that streamline development workflows and improve team productivity
- Design and implement backend APIs with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure robust data storage solutions using MySQL, Redis, and message queue systems
- Own and evolve the QA platform infrastructure through continuous iteration and improvement

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least two years of backend development experience

- Professional experience with Go or Python in production environments
- Deep familiarity with at least one core open-source component: MySQL, Redis, or message queue technologies
- Ability to analyze complex logic, abstract business requirements, and design modular, maintainable systems
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture and infrastructure development principles
