As a Software Engineer in AI (C++), you'll play a key role in shaping how artificial intelligence understands and produces real, functional code. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing AI-generated C++ snippets, identifying strengths and flaws, and determining the best implementation based on correctness, efficiency, and style. You'll go beyond surface-level review—refactoring code, validating logic, and documenting improvements with precision.
What You'll Do
- Compare multiple code solutions and clearly justify which performs best under specific conditions.
- Refactor and correct AI-written C++ code to meet production standards.
- Supply structured feedback—ratings, edits, and test outcomes—into the model’s learning loop.
- Help refine the AI’s ability to self-assess and improve through expert human input.
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of professional experience writing and reviewing C++ code.
- Strong analytical instincts—you notice subtle bugs, inefficiencies, and edge cases quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly in writing.
- Comfort reading language specifications and technical documentation independently.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous environment with minimal oversight.
Preferred Background
- Experience with constraint programming is a plus, though not required.
