Shape the future of AI-generated code by applying your Rust expertise to train advanced language models. In this role, you'll analyze, compare, and improve AI-written code snippets, ensuring they meet real-world engineering standards for correctness, efficiency, and maintainability.
What You’ll Do
- Review and rank multiple code solutions, clearly justifying which performs best and why
- Refactor and correct AI-generated Rust code to fix logic flaws, optimize performance, and align with best practices
- Deliver precise, written feedback that trains models to critique and enhance their own output
- Support the reinforcement learning pipeline by validating outputs and ensuring consistent signal quality
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional experience writing and reviewing Rust code
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect subtle bugs, inefficiencies, and security concerns
- Exceptional attention to detail and clarity in written explanations
- Comfort reading technical documentation and language specifications independently
- Proven ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, remote-first setting
Nice to Have
- Experience with constraint programming or formal verification methods
