  • Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and mentor fellow engineers.
  • Monitor application performance and reliability across frontend and backend systems, and troubleshoot production issues with effective debugging and root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining modern web applications, including APIs, frontend state management, and authentication flows.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or cloud-native provisioning frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with performance optimization, monitoring, and observability across the stack.
  • Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with safety critical software development standards (DO-178)
  • Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and design systems.
